10m/25m Airgun Championships 2024

 

Incorporating the English Championships* and combined with the Surrey County SBRA Airgun meeting

 Lord Roberts Centre Bisley 23rd - 24th November 2024

*These Championships are Open to all, but the title of "English Champion" and the relevant trophies may only be won by those who are ESSU Members on or before 2nd November.

Limited availabiliy and re-allocation of the ranges at the LRC has created difficulties with finding convenient dates for both organisations to hold their respective Championship meetings, so both Committees have agreed to combine the events to enable them to fulfil their obligations to the respective memberships.

The titles of "Surrey Air Rifle Champion"; "Surrey Air Pistol Champion" and other SBSBRA awards are confined to residents of the county of Surrey. 

Medals will be awarded up to the first three highest-ranked athletes in each event, dependent on entries.

 All competitions will be conducted under current ISSF Rules, (with modifications in respect of 25m Air Pistols).

Entries after that date will be accepted, range space permitting, subject to a £15.00 late entry fee

All competitions will be conducted under current ISSF Rules. Entries from WSPS classified athletes are welcomed subject to range space. As this competition is shot under ISSF rules, WSPS entries will not be eligible for the finals or main meeting awards. All results will be published and made available to British Shooting for ranking. This is a selection meeting for Team England National Squad, (TENS), and for GBR British Shooting ranking purposes. The top eight (8) male athletes (senior and junior combined) will qualify for a Final. The top eight (8) female athletes (senior and junior combined) will qualify for a final.

IMPORTANT: When paying by electronic banking, you MUST WAIT until you receive your squadding notice showing your competitor number which must be used as the payment reference. e.g. Champs101.  In previous Championships, non-payment and subsequent non-attendance has resulted in us not having space to accept entries, with consequent loss of revenue.  Therefore, we have been obliged to introduce a policy whereby once your squadding-notice is e-mailed to you your payment must be made within seven days, otherwise your entry will be withdrawn.

Your squadding notice will include a notice of the fees payable. Squadding notices will be sent by e-mail.
